Our client is looking for a Total Rewards Coordinator to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The individual will focus on assisting the Total Rewards Manager with the administration of compensation across all international markets in Latin America, the U.S., and Europe.
The professional main responsibilities will be:
- Assists in the end-to-end payroll process, from data collection, incidences reporting, output control and approval, payment confirmation and databases updating.
- Maintains and ensures that total rewards related changes are updated appropriately in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Coordinates with payroll providers and resolves administrative problems.
- Assists with the preparation and maintenance of reports pertaining to payroll.
- Acts as liaison with other departments and external professional services.
- Provides internal customer support related to payroll.
- Supports the Total Rewards Manager with administrative duties and projects.
- Assists with Human Resources related projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience with payroll administration.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Must have strong advance Excel skills.
- Good oral/written communication skills.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
- Strategic collaborator with positive attitude and high energy.
- Must have ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Must maintain high level of confidentiality and represent Human Resources professionally.
