Role Overview

As Social Media Marketing Manager at the company, you’ll spearhead the growth of the organic social media presence, creating engaging content and building vibrant online communities. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketer with a flair for storytelling and a drive to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Leadership

• Manage and grow Handoff’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and WhatsApp).
• Develop and implement content strategies to increase followers and engagement.

Content Creation

• Edit raw video content into social media posts optimized for short-form platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) using tools like CapCut.
• Produce written content tailored to platform-specific audiences.

Community Management

• Oversee and grow Facebook and WhatsApp groups.
• Launch and manage cohesive social media campaigns.

Data-Driven Marketing

• Analyze metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the impact of campaigns.
• Run experiments to optimize strategies for content, platforms, and frequency.

Must-Have:

• Experience managing social media channels for a tech company.
• Strong ability to translate technical details into engaging, social-friendly content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience launching social media profiles from scratch.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
