Software Engineering Manager

Requirements<\/h3>

• Have professional engineering experience  —  at least 5 years building digital products, and at least 1 years leading a team;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have professional engineering experience with backend frameworks such as .NET and Node.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have professional engineering experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular and VueJS.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have professional broad experience with DevOps.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have managed a team of software engineers building digital products, and been responsible for growing the people on the team through goal\-setting, coaching and feedback;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have familiarity with agile techniques for managing work, pairing, mobbing, and shift\-left testing;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have owned the delivery of a complete digital product, with code that is durable, secure, scalable and thoroughly tested;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Can simplify and communicate about complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience and development tasks;
  <\/span><\/li>
• Fluent English \- including written, verbal, and presentation<\/span>

  • Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master from a major technology consultancy or agency

  • Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc.
