Responsibilities:

  • SLA accountability
  • Ensure all SOC controls deliverables
  • Action plan development for improvements
  • Standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts
  • Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels
  • Review account status (financial and client satisfaction)
  • Plan and Work to avoid remediation
  • Review and discuss RCA with Client
  • Review and Participate in SRM with Client
  • Monitor Ticket Management process (Alight worklife Assist) and ensure no misses SLA
  • Collaborate and work with commercial team in sales opportunities
  • Responsible for Metrics and Reporting completion
  • Build relationship commitment with other areas
  • Review and approve TRS every Friday
  • Change Request Identify potential CRs, management and negotiation
  • Responsible for client satisfaction

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Managers

  • Lead role for client escalations within operations
  • May have large number of T3 reports or Managers
  • Be the site leader for all local demands
  • Act as second approver for local finance/payments

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 7 years in leadership role.
  • Advanced English (reading/speaking) required
  • Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solution; prefer SAP experience.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. The ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages is required
  • Thrives in matrix environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven
  • Solid organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving skills are required
  • Experience in Inhouse, Outsourced and Co-sourced payroll service delivery models is preferred
