Within GFSS, SAP employees have an opportunity to handle end-to-end high-quality finance services to SAP customers throughout the Globe. Executes operational (including transactional) tasks independently and deals with customers' queries. Gains a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions, remaining customer centric at all times while looking for continuous improvement.

 

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Order to Invoice for Education Services, German Speaker

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (remote until offices can be opened)

 

In this role, as an Intern in O2I Education you’ll be:

 

  • First level query and complaint management via Hotline and Ticketing System.
  • Handling incoming calls, striving for excellent answered calls ratio
  • Booking processing, control and maintenance for SAP Trainings (trainings schedule and participants registrations).
  • Processing course registrations for SAP Education products
  • Course creation, maintenance and cancellation  
  • Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes
  • Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers
  • Training registration assistance for internal and external customers
  • Weekly and monthly internal monitoring and reporting
  • Preparation of period close
  • Reporting Activities
  • Continuous process improvement
  • General Administrative Tasks

 

This role within the team is responsible for executing daily operational tasks within the O2I Education department and interacting with both internal and external customers. The successful candidate will gain a good knowledge of standard Education processes, SAP system as used in the daily tasks and will contribute to the team spirit as well as customer satisfaction. The role reports to the O2I Education Finance Operations Manager.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Must be a University student currently enrolled
  • Preferably graduating end of 2022 and/or onwards
  • Business or accounting education is an advantage
  • Language Requirements:
    • Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English
    • Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken German
  • Solid problem -solving skills, Multitask & Detail oriented profile needed.
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Ability to keep up with fast changing environment
  • A strong will to deliver excellent quality
  • Continuous improvement of technical skills and efficiency 
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
