The studio offers architectural services from design to permit filing, leveraging a distributed team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to provide high-quality services at competitive rates.

In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼
- Manage a portfolio of 50–75 active permit projects across various Southern California jurisdictions
- Own the full project lifecycle: intake → submission → handling corrections → final approval → invoicing
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and city departments via phone, email, and SMS
- Revise plans and address corrections using AutoCAD LT (2D only)
- Coordinate with internal drafters, engineers, and external partners
- Submit permits online or organize in-person drop-offs if needed
- Track KPIs and meet weekly/monthly performance goals
- Think critically and solve problems to move projects forward, especially when dealing with delays or red tape
Skills you have 🚀
- At least 1 year of experience in permitting, architecture, drafting, construction, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD LT
- Excellent English communication skills, especially over the phone (neutral or light accent preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to handle a high volume of concurrent projects
- Ability to work independently, without micromanagement
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Slack, and Salesforce

- Familiarity with California building codes and permitting processes in jurisdictions such as San Diego, LA, and Riverside
- Experience working with both contractors and high-end homeowners
