Role Description

 

As a Finance Operations Associate in O2I Consulting you will be able to execute operational (including transactional) tasks independently and deal with customers' queries. Gain a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions and maintain good relationship with external and internal customers.

 

Expectations & Tasks

 

Preparation of period close

Ensure accuracy in the financial records through proper execution of operational tasks, Monitoring and Reporting

Cooperation and Communication with internal and external customers

Support projects and/or improvement activities

Participate in the monthly close processes

Responsible for administration of customer contract which includes the booking of a contract, invoicing customers, invoice delivery, and revenue recognition of deals booked.

Ensure timely and accurate customer billing.  Analyze pending billing and identify potential quality issues



Skills / Competencies

 

Fluent in English (oral & written)

Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian desired, not exclusive

Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative 

Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task 

Team player, Proactive and responsible approach to customer support 

Quality driven with excellent attention to detail 

Experience with SAP systems is preferable but not essential 

Successfully completed Secondary Education 

Previous work experience desired, not exclusive
