We are seeking a Customer Billing Specialist for assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The selected candidate will be a part of the customer service and billing departments responsible for meeting water production, customer service, and billing goals.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Manage a three-line phone system
- Data Entry
- Payment posting
- Updating customer information
- Set up customer appointments
- Set up new accounts and process closed accounts
- Filing and Research
- Spearheading office supply orders and other project-based purchases
- Broad range of problem solving
- Assist customers with registration processes for online services
- Scanning/record retention
- Mailing and package shipments
- Office opening and closing duties
- Reporting
- Focus on attending and addressing Customer Service needs
- Support and meet billing tasks and deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- 3+ years of administrative, customer service or call center experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe
