Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase company offerings
Nurture relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Essential Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results
Desired Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience with CRM software and lead management tools
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $6-$10 per hour
Comissions ($100 per meeting booked)
