Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accordance with established accounting principles.
- Reconcile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Stay updated on QuickBooks Online features and functionalities to optimize financial processes.
- Prepare and generate accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and analysis on financial performance to support decision-making.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
