As a Video Editor, you will create impactful video content for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, and digital ads. You will collaborate closely with the multimedia specialist and other teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with client goals and Digital Resource’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Edit video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and digital ads, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the multimedia strategist and account management to understand project goals, timelines, and client-specific needs.
  • Ensure all videos meet professional standards for color and sound, applying appropriate editing techniques for polished final products.
  • Work with other departments to align video content with marketing strategies and campaign goals.
  • Manage raw footage, organize files, and maintain a streamlined editing workflow ensuring all assets are properly stored and revisions are tracked.
  • Conduct final reviews of all content, ensuring it meets quality standards before delivery.
  • Address any technical issues that arise during the editing process, providing solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing diverse video projects (experience with corporate videos, testimonials, and social media content is a plus).
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of video optimization for social media platforms and trends in online video content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with videography equipment and file formats is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency Experience: Previous experience in an agency or in-house brand setting is a plus.
  • Animation Skills: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques is a strong advantage.
