Your Day to Day 

 

  • Managing incoming vendor invoices, ensuring timely receipt, verification, validation, and processing.
  • Handling liabilities such as taxes, legal payments, and regulatory-related items, ensuring proper registration and execution.
  • Reviewing Proof of Performance (POP) accuracy and providing feedback to Commercial Managers.
  • Executing core AP controls in alignment with SOX and internal policies.
  • Supporting SOX testing and remediation activities, working closely with P2P Leadership and Control Owners.
  • Managing escalated operational issues with Finance and other teams to ensure business continuity and risk mitigation.
  • Providing documentation and support during internal and external audits.
  • Acting as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for procure‑to‑pay systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics F&O), supporting UAT cycles, identifying system defects, and recommending improvements.
  • Driving adoption of automated AP tools to streamline and enhance workflows.
  • Collaborating with AP teams, Treasury, Data Integrity, and other S2P stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with NDAs and confidentiality standards, especially when handling sensitive data, contracts, and materials.
  • Reviewing supporting documents, materials, and delivered services for audit and control requirements.
  • Continuously identifying P2P process improvement opportunities, analyzing root causes, and recommending enhancements aligned with PMI global standards.

 

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • A self‑driven professional with a university degree or an advanced student, preferably in Economics or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable management.
  • A fluent English speaker as the role will support the US market
  • ERP proficiency, with very good Microsoft Dynamics DynFO proficiency considered a strong plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to navigate Power BI reports
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
