We are looking for a hungry Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Founding engineer who wants to grow into a leadership position to create, manage, and deliver the core product engineering team at this company.

This is going to be a hands-on position with a team of several engineers. We are looking for someone with Product Sense and the desire to lead and become a pivotal member of the company.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an engineer ready to work in a 0-1 startup, building across the stack

• Lead the team into delivering High-end products with excellent coding practices.

• Implement features independently across the stack (BE is Python & Node.js)

• Learn and adapt to the domain and solve real user-facing challenges

Must-Have Skills

• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Advanced proficiency in back-end (Node.js, Python, Golang) development.

• Extensive knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, evolving tech landscapes.

• 4+ years experience working as a full-stack developer
