This team supports in French corporate law and cross-border legal operations. We are looking to hire a junior legal analyst, either a law student who has already completed corporate law coursework or a recently graduated junior lawyer. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents in French (e.g., articles of association, minutes, powers of attorney).
- Support corporate procedures and compliance tasks.
- Coordinate with French lawyers on specific legal matters.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, adapting to different cultural and professional expectations.
- Ensure proper version control and archiving of legal documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive legal information.
- Use collaboration and document management tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.).
 
Requirements
- Law student who has already completed the corporate law course (“Derecho societario”) or recently graduated junior lawyer with interest in corporate law.
- Minimum B2 level in French (spoken and written); higher levels are a plus.
- Minimum B2 level in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail.
 
Good to have
- Previous experience in legal or administrative tasks.
- Academic background or experience related to French law. Experience studying or working in France will be highly valued.
- Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate across different time zones.
