Internship Program 2027
As part of the Tetra Pak Internship Program, you'll gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that contribute to our purpose of making food safe and available, everywhere. The position will be based in San Fernando, Argentina.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Customer Service Intern, you will:
- Support the analysis of Customer Service processes, identifying opportunities to improve response times and service quality
- Collaborate in optimizing communication, spare parts logistics, and coordination among internal teams to enhance customer experience
- Monitor Customer Service performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze trends or recurring issues.
- Participate in the development of dashboards and reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributes to the design and implementation of automation solutions aimed at reducing manual tasks, increasing productivity, and improving data accuracy.
We believe you have
- Bachelor Studies in Progress: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, and Data Analytics

Desirable Skills / Knowledge: intermediate English - able to maintain basic conversations and possesses strong reading and writing skills.
Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate will be considered a plus. - Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027
- Graduation expected: December 2027 or afterwards
- Availability to work and commute to our site 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm, during the full internship program.
