We are seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Creative Video Editor. This role is designed for a digital-native editor who sits at the intersection of High-End Motion Design and Cutting-Edge AI Content Creation.

We primarily partner with fast-paced digital marketing agencies and e-commerce brands. Your mission is to take raw concepts and transform them into high-converting AI-UGC, professional VSLs, and scroll-stopping product ads. Whether you are a master of After Effects or an AI wizard who knows how to bend generative tools to your will, we have a place for your expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leveraging AI to create authentic-looking "User Generated Content" that builds trust and drives sales.
  • Building high-energy Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads for e-commerce brands, focusing on aggressive hooks and psychological triggers.
  • Editing high-production Video Sales Letters that maintain retention through sophisticated motion graphics and pacing.
  • Blending real-world footage with AI-enhanced visuals, face-swaps, or generative backgrounds.
     

We are looking for candidates who excel in at least one (or both!) of these areas:

Track A: The AI Specialist

  • Proven experience with AI video tools (e.g., Kling, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or Synthesia).
  • Ability to create hyper-realistic talking heads, lip-syncing, or "digital twins" that maintain brand credibility.
  • High-level skill in guiding AI outputs to achieve specific aesthetic and narrative goals.

Track B: The Motion Design Specialist

  • Deep knowledge of motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and visual effects to explain complex product benefits.
  • Ability to use typography, "pattern interrupts," and dynamic transitions to maximize viewer retention.
  • Expertise in color grading, audio cleanup, and ensuring a premium finish for high-ticket e-commerce brands.
     

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years in video editing, specifically within the E-commerce or Digital Agency space.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent.
  • An understanding of what makes a video convert (hooks, CTAs, pacing).
  • A strong reel showcasing either advanced motion design or innovative use of AI in video production.
