Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar con los clientes para recopilar todos los requisitos de nómina y guiarlos a través de talleres, pasos de configuración y puesta en marcha del sistema.
  • Validar y configurar la solución de nómina del cliente y sus integraciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones legales.
  • Brindar asistencia y soporte en el mapeo de datos, migración, preparación de YTD y verificaciones de exactitud.
  • Gestionar todas las fases de pruebas del sistema (SIT, UAT, corridas paralelas, etc.) y resolver problemas de configuración o integración junto con los equipos locales y globales.
  • Supervisar las actividades de go‑live, asegurando que el sistema de nómina esté listo para su implementación.
  • Hacer seguimiento al progreso del proyecto, documentar actividades y colaborar con los gerentes y el equipo de proyecto para garantizar el cumplimiento oportuno de los hitos.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario o de posgrado en Administración, Recursos Humanos, un campo técnico o experiencia equivalente, con participación comprobada en 3 o más implementaciones exitosas de SAP HCM.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones de nómina de Argentina, Colombia, Chile o México, y un historial sólido en la entrega de implementaciones de sistemas de RR. HH. de alta calidad.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y una mentalidad colaborativa y rientada al cliente.
  • Fuerte orientación al cliente, responsabilidad por los resultados y un claro compromiso con el éxito del equipo y del proyecto, además de discreción en el manejo de información sensible.
