ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a qualified and analytical professional to join our team as a Consumer Insights Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting market research, whereby it is important to have knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies and an analytical profile. In addition, you will analyze the overall market landscape of advertising sales in the streaming business. The ideal candidate will give support to the Revenue direction by coordinatig adhoc studies, delivering adhoc quantitative and qualittative analysys for internal and external clients.

Support the execution of market research studies: tracking surveys, reviewing questionnaires, requesting vendor quotes, and following up on fieldwork. Organize and clean databases so the team can analyze them properly. Perform basic descriptive analyses (tables, charts, summaries) using tools like Excel, Sheets, Snowflake, or analytics platforms.

Review market information, trends, and competitive activity.

Assist with administrative project tasks, such as updating calendars, coordinating meetings, or tracking progress.

Ensure data quality by checking consistency and completeness before it is used by the senior team.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR  
Respond to internal client requests, interpret relevant data

  • Support the follow‑up of market research studies led by supervisors.
  • Gather results from multiple research sources (syndicated data, social listening, primary research, etc.) to track industry and consumer trends.
  • Process data while ensuring deadlines and key details are met.
  • Collaborate on projects with external vendors.

EXPERIENCE

  • Required Tenure:
    • Basic experience handling datasets.
    • Strong attention to detail, curiosity and willingness to learn.
    • Basic proficiency in Excel/Sheets; any exposure to analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus.
    • Experience in market research and Digital Metrics
    • Research analysis presenting skills.
  • Preferred Industries: Entertainment, media, digital platforms, advertising, technology, or market research agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Proactively seek out and evaluate new resources, tools, and partners to ensure that we’re using the most current and effective methodologies.
  • Data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Teamwork and effective communication
  • Knowledge of basic and specialized computer tools (TGI, IBOPE Media, Comscore) - is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Market Research and Digital Metrics - is a bonus.

FORMAL EDUCATION

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s in business, Psychology, Statistics, Data, Economy, Social Sciences or other related fields.
  • Ideal: College degree in Statistics | Economics | Data Science / Data Analytics
