BILINGUAL MULTITASKING ASSISTANT
for the owner of the company
EXCLUSIVE requirements:
-Bilingual
-Have worked in ECommerce
-Be willing to work multitasking, in tasks as diverse as the completion of a procedure outside the company, commercial back office tasks, or a call in English to suppliers abroad.
Expected tasks of the position:
-Assist the company owner in tasks such as agenda management, coordination of meetings, communications to other members of the company, etc.
-Collaborate with the incumbent in gathering relevant information, analyzing data and preparing summaries to support decision making.
-Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, gathering information from the head office (with which you must communicate in English) and providing it to the local consultant who obtains the authorisations from ANMAT and INTI.
-Reviewing information and preparing reports for the incumbent, about publications and sales in Mercado Libre and Market Places where the company operates.
Requirements and conditions:
-Knowledge of ECommerce and Market Place platforms.
-High degree of autonomy, service vocation to perform in a multitasking way in whatever is needed, strong communication skills, commitment, initiative and motivation.
-Advanced oral and written English is a MUST.
-Good Excel skills
-Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (hybrid with 2 days of home office)
-Working area Palermo
-Remuneration with salary to be agreed plus prepaid medical insurance.
